The Numeris Client Forms website provides you with a platform to update all of your station(s) relevant information for the Diary and PPM Data Releases. With this information - Station Profile, Time Block, Off-Air, and Reduced Power - Numeris can ensure your station is reported correctly in the data.

In order to access the Numeris Client Forms, you will need:
  1. If you received a "New User Notification" email click on the website link in this email to set up your new (permanent) password and log into the website.
  2. If you did not receive a "New User Notification" email but accessed the website through your browser directly use the "Forgot Password" process in order to receive a "Reset Password" email that contains a new link to set up your permanent password and log into the website.

When you enter the site for future changes use the same username and (permanent) password. If you forget what that password is, use the 'Forgot Password' process.

If your email address has changed contact Numeris so they can update your information and send you a link under your new email address/username.
